BENEFITS OF EATING FRUITS ON AN EMPTY STOMACH

Let's REMEMBER to take FRESH FRUITS EVERYDAY and on an EMPTY STOMACH!

WHY DIE FROM CANCER

Cancer Treatment:

ALWAYS EAT FRESH FRUIT ON AN EMPTY STOMACH,
A highly interesting article
Dr. Stephen Mak told…that he treats terminal cancer patients in an "Unorthodox" way, and many patients recovered. He explained that before he uses solar energy to clear the illness of his patients, he believes on natural healing in the body against illnesses.

See the article below
EATING FRESH FRUITS

This is very informative!

We all think eating fruit means just buying fruit, cutting it up and popping it into our mouths.
It's not that easy. It's important to know how and when to eat fruit.

What's the correct way to eat fruit?

IT MEANS NOT EATING FRUIT AFTER A MEAL! FRUIT SHOULD BE
EATEN ON AN EMPTY STOMACH.

Eating Fruit like that plays a major role in detoxifying your system, supplying you with a great deal of energy for weight loss and other life activities…

FRUIT IS THE MOST IMPORTANT FOOD.
Let's say you eat two slices of bread, then a slice of fruit. The slice of fruit is ready to go straight through the stomach into the intestines but it's prevented from doing so.

In the meantime, the whole meal rots and ferments, and turns to acid. The minute the fruit comes into contact with the food in the stomach, and digestive juices, the entire mass of food begins to spoil.

Eat your fruit on an empty stomach, or before your meal! You've heard people complain: Every time I eat watermelon I burp, when I eat durian my stomach bloats, when I eat a banana I feel like running to the toilet, etc. This will not happen if you eat the fruit on an empty stomach. Fruit mixes with the putrefying other food and produces gas. Hence, you bloat!
Graying hair, balding, nervous outburst, and dark circles under the eyes –all of these
Will NOT happen if you eat fruit on an empty stomach.

There's no such thing as some fruits, like orange and lemon are acidic, because all fruit becomes alkaline in our body, according to Dr. Herbert Shelton who did research on this matter. If you have mastered the correct way of eating fruit, you have the Secret of Beauty, Longevity, Health, Energy, Happiness and normal weight.
When you need to drink fruit juice drink only fresh fruit juice, NOT from the cans. Don't eat cooked fruit; you don't get the nutrients at all. You get only the taste… Cooking destroys all of the vitamins.
Eating a whole fruit is better than drinking the juice. If you should drink the juice, drink it mouthful slowly, because you must let it mix with your saliva before swallowing it.
You can go on a 3- day fruit-fast to cleanse your body.. Eat fruit and drink fruit juice for just 3 days, and you will be surprised when your friends say how radiant you look!

KIWI: Tiny but mighty, and good source of potassium, magnesium, vitamin E & fiber. Its vitamin C content is twice that of an orange!

AN APPLE keeps the doctor away? Although an apple has a low vitamin C content, it has has antioxidants & flavanoids which enhances the activity of vitamin C, thereby helping to lower the risk of colon cancer, heart attack & stroke.

STRAWBERRY: Protective Fruit. Strawberries have the highest total antioxidant power among major fruits & protect the body from cancer-causing, blood vessel-clogging free radicals.

EATING 2 – 4 ORANGE oranges a day may help keep colds away, lower cholesterol, prevent & dissolve kidney stones, and reduce the risk of colon cancer.

WATERMELON: Coolest thirst quencher. Composed of 92% water, it is also packed with a giant dose of glutathione, which helps boost our immune system. Also a key source of lycopene, the cancer-fighting oxidant. Also found in watermelon: Vitamin C & Potassium..
GUAVA & PAPAYA: Top awards for Vitamin C. They are the clear winners for their high vitamin C content. Guava is also rich in fiber, which helps prevent constipation. Papaya is rich in carotene, good for your eyes. .

Drinking Cold water after a meal= Cancer!
Can u believe this? For those who like to drink cold water, this applies to you. It's nice to have a cold drink after a meal, however, the cold water will solidify the oily stuff that you've just consumed, which slows digestion. Once this 'sludge' reacts with acid, it will break down and be absorbed by the intestine faster than the solid food. It will line the intestine. Very soon, this will turn into fats and lead to cancer. . It is best to drink hot soup or warm water after a meal.

A serious note about heart attacks

HEART ATTACK PROCEDURE
Women should know that not every heart attack symptom is going to be left arm hurting. Be aware of intense pain in the jaw. You may never have the first chest pain during the course of a heart attack. Nausea and intense sweating are also common symptoms. Sixty percent of people who have a heart attack while they're asleep do not wake up. Pain in the jaw can wake you from a sound sleep. Be careful, and be aware. The more we know, the better our chance to Survive.

I think I will practice this every now and then just to cleanse and be good to my body! :) :) :)

Chef Laudico Bistro Filipino

Since the supposedly second outing somewhere in Tagaytay of our department for this year was cancelled, our Group Manager decided to just use the remaining budget for a Steak-All-You-Can, again, Steak-All-You-Can dinner in Chef Laudico Bistro Filipino. The said venue is reserved exclusively to us from 6PM-11PM and transportation is provided but for those who wants to go there directly, they can do so as the address was provided in the email invite.

I'm one of the few who decided to go the venue directly by riding a cab (a valid excuse especially if you're already running late.. haha). I can say that the place is quite easy to find especially if you are already familiar in the ins and outs of The Fort. I say there is no sufficient lighting in front of the bistro (for a cozy-feel effect?) but there's a well-lit 7-eleven along the corner.

I ♥ their chandeliers!
Yup, there's really an electric fan there.. hehe
They served Palabok Bites and Pork Sisig Shooters for Appetizers. The Pork Sisig Shooters actually looks like taclings in a shot glass from Mercato Centrale. hihi.. But enough of the interiors, it's now time to have what we came here for: Angus Ribeye Steaks! :)

1st plate: Medium Rare with Sweet Potato
2nd plate: Rare with Sweet Potato
3rd plate: Well Done with Sweet Potato
Desserts Area
Duo of Chocolate Truffles by Chef Jackie Laudico
Also tried this one.. wala lang!

If I'm not mistaken, I had 2 more rounds of well done steak with rice and with sweet potato (No pictures na. hehe). So all in all, I had 5. Glutton much? I don't think so. Some of my teammates were able to finish 8-10 plates.
Oh, can't help but take a picture of their girls' restroom. Cute noh?

Friend or Partner

sometimes in life, there were really are bonds formed so that it can never be broken. Sometimes you really can find that one person who will stand by you no matter what. Maybe you'll find it in a spouse, and celebrate with your dream wedding, but there's also the chance that the one person you can count on for a lifetime, a one person who knows you sometimes better then you know yourself, is the same person who's been standing beside you all along.

Saved By Heaven

It was the day I finally decided that I should get going or else, I will have no other time. I went to Victor Ortega Salon in Mandaluyong where I had my hair rebonded last year. The one who did my hair before already resigned so the receptionist assigned a new stylist to do my hair. He told me that I am going to pay a total of 3000php with all the treatment, I, shocked, told him that I will just go back. :) Then I went to Heaven’s Salon and Spa. An officemate and a friend had their hairs rebonded here so i thought, why not try it there. My package includes Hair Rebonding, “Service all you want” (which consists of treatments eg. Vit.C, cellophane, and the likes), hair cut and an Eat-all-you-can (hmmm.. and I’m convinced!) all for 1400php! Hello savings! :) Later on, I discovered that the salon has 3 floors, 1st floor is the main salon where they do all their services, 2nd was dedicated for washing hair after treatment and for blowdry and the 3rd was for the buffet, and also the room of the owner that arrived after dinner time.

the waiting/manicure-pedicure area
Out of curiosity and to try if it is indeed true, i asked one of the staff about the ”Eat-all-you-can” promo. He told me that it is only served during lunch and dinner time. Since I arrived at 2pm, he told me not to worry because because their stylist are the ones telling the clients to eat first when dinner is ready before proceeding to blower, cellophane, hair cut, etc.

eat-all-you-can is not a scam! :)

What’s for dinner? they served dinuguan, rice, pasta with red sauce, chopseuy, sauteed vegetables and macaroni salad. I only tried dinuguan with rice and chopseuy. The taste was not bad, just so-so but it would do especially for me who hadn’t eaten lunch. The dinuguan is good! They also have siomai and siopao but I didn’t try them so I can’t tell the taste of it. Anyway, enough of that, I went there for their hair services and not for dinner. haha..
and the finished product!

and what can I say? i’m soo satisfied! :) better than last year – in terms of the quality and of course, the price!!!
and my next stop: Banchetto in Ortigas!
